About the Role
The Director of Internal Communications leads the strategic planning, development, and project management for all organization-wide internal communication programs to support Seattle Children's mission, vision, and system goals.
Acting as a strategic counselor and thought leader, this role ensures internal communications are deeply aligned with business operations and organizational culture while partnering with People & Culture to ensure that workforce strategy, culture, and engagement are not only communicated but activated.
