About the Role

The Director, Human Resources is an essential member of the Telular leadership team, contributing to the development and execution of the business’s annual strategic plan. This position reports directly to the Division Vice President of Human Resources. This position is a senior staff level role within the Business Unit and will play a key role in guiding the strategic direction and leading the efficient execution of activities to profitably grow the business.


Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with managers to provide expertise and hands on support in multiple areas including talent, diversity & inclusion, recruitment, workforce planning, on boarding, employee retention, employee relations, management coaching, performance management and change management.

  • Advise and coach managers on HR policies and programs including employee relations matters.
