About the Role
Director Hospital Food and Facilities serves as the primary onsite leader and single point of contact (SPOC) for contracted support services within the hospital environment, including Environmental Services (EVS), Patient Food Services, and Retail Food Operations.
This role is responsible for building trusted relationships with hospital stakeholders, driving a culture of service excellence, and ensuring a visible, hands‑on leadership presence throughout the facility. Acting as the organization's reputation ambassador, the Director leads service recovery efforts, identifies opportunities for improvement through structured rounding, and champions initiatives that enhance the patient, visitor, and customer experience.
