Director – Business Development Industrial Autonomy & Engineering Unit (IAEU)

Role Purpose

The Business Development Director will be responsible for driving strategic growth, revenue expansion, and market positioning of the Industrial Autonomy & Engineering Unit in Finland. The role focuses on industrial clients across manufacturing, energy, utilities, logistics, and infrastructure, with an emphasis on autonomous systems, PLM, digital engineering, Industry 4.0, and AI‑driven industrial solutions.

The position requires a strong combination of market leadership, client relationship management, deal shaping, and ecosystem partnerships, working closely with delivery, solution architecture, and global leadership teams.
