About the Role
What is the Opportunity? Join RBC's Group Risk Management team as Director, Business Continuity Risk Management (BCRM) for Canada & Caribbean. In this second line of defense role, you will lead the implementation and oversight of our BCRM program across the region. You'll direct a team to strengthen operational resilience, ensure regulatory compliance, embed robust risk management practices, and partner with business leaders to drive program effectiveness and adoption.
