About the Role
Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell wellness packages and related services to customers. Conduct outdoor/on-the-road sales activities, roadshows and customer outreach programmes. Approach and engage potential customers professionally and confidently. Explain wellness packages, promotions, and benefits clearly to customers. Achieve individual sales targets and performance goals. Follow up on customer enquiries and maintain good customer relationships. Assist in setting up and supporting sales events, booths, and promotional activities. Gather market feedback and report customer trends to management. Ensure proper documentation and submission of sales records and customer information. Represent the company positively and maintain excellent customer service standards.
