**Location:** Wood Dale, IL
**Hours:** Monday–Friday 6am - 4:30pm
**Pay:** $26-38 based on experience

**Kelly** has partnered with a growing metal sheet fabrication company who is seeking an experienced Press Brake Set Up Operator with hands-on experience using Amada HRB 1003 equipment. This role is responsible for setting up, programming, and operating CNC press brakes to produce high-quality sheet metal components that meet precise specifications.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Set up and operate Amada HRB 1003 CNC press brake for both production and prototype work
+ Read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and work orders
+ Select, install, and align appropriate tooling (punches, dies, back gauges)
+ Program machine controls and adjust bend sequences, angles, and tonnage
+ Perform first-piece inspections and in-process quality checks
