**Direct Hire Industrial Electrician (Jr / Sr)**
**Location:** Elgin, IL
**2nd shift: 2pm to 10pm M-F**
**Pay:** $33-51 per hour based on experience

**Position Summary**
Kelly is seeking **Junior and Senior Industrial Electricians** to support maintenance operations by troubleshooting and repairing electrical and mechanical systems. This role plays a key part in keeping equipment running efficiently, minimizing downtime, and supporting ongoing maintenance projects within a manufacturing environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Perform industrial **electrical troubleshooting and repairs** on production equipment
+ Test, replace, and adjust fuses, solenoids, contactors, relays, switches, breakers, motor starters, and photo eyes
+ Run conduit, pull wire, and complete electrical terminations
+ Troubleshoot AC/DC control circuits, motors, drives, PLCs, and ladder logic
