**Direct care staff $18.75 per hour.**
**DSP Hoffman Sixth PT ( 17 ) Monday , 4p-10p, Every other Wednesday , 4p-10p, Every other Saturday and Sunday , 10a-6p**
**Must have valid Driver's License for at least 1 year post permit and a clean Motor Vehicle Record that meet's Sevita insurability policy**
