About the Role
Direct Support Professional-Day Program:
Guidewire Inc is currently adding to our team of Direct Support Professionals at our day program Solutions. We are a Non-Profit Human Service Agency looking for caring, creative, and energetic people to support individuals with intellectual disabilities through fun and productive activities. These activities include community-based volunteer projects, arts, cooking and nutrition, social skills and self-advocacy. Help us make a difference in this unique opportunity. We have full time and part time positions open between the hours of 8:00am-4:00pm Monday through Friday.
Core Job Responsibilities: (Not all inclusive)
+ Assist/Support individuals in daily activities and personal care.
+ Follow and implement behavioral support/treatment plans as required and document tracked behaviors.
+ Utilize a curriculum of designed activities to increase independence.
