Digitalisation Engineer

Job Purpose

The Digitalization Department Engineer is responsible for supporting the planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of digital systems, automation tools, dashboards, and data‑driven solutions within the company. The role supports the company’s digital transformation roadmap by working closely with project teams, QESH, Commercial, Project Management, IT, and other departments to collect operational requirements, improve workflows, digitalise manual processes, and ensure effective adoption of digital tools across projects and departments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital System Development and Implementation

The engineer shall assist in the development, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement of internal digital systems, including but not limited to:

• Smart Worksite systems
• QESH management systems
• Project management platforms
