Digital Strategist - gatineau

Overview

Our client is looking for a Digital (Web) Strategist to join their team. This will be a 6+ month contract, with likelihood to convert to FTE. You must reside in Ottawa, as this will be 2x per week in-office.

Responsibilities

• Build web strategies and roadmaps that support the client's digital and customer experience goal.
• Partner with CX to define target‑state journeys and digital channel direction.
• Turn strategy into clear, actionable plans with defined success metrics.
• Use research, data, and benchmarking to identify opportunities and best practice.
• Shape data, content, SEO/GEO/AIO, and personalization strategies.
• Ensure accessibility is embedded across content, design, and technology.
• Contribute to quarterly and annual planning with business and tech partner.
