This role will work closely with the Senior Manager of Digital Marketing to deliver high-impact, insight-driven initiatives that advance recruitment, referral, and brand awareness goals.

The position will focus on optimizing campaigns across paid search, paid social, SEO, email marketing, and website performance—while also contributing to audience segmentation, landing page strategy, and campaign tracking.
