Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Multimedia Arts, or related field
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in recruitment agency (local or overseas deployment)
- Experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content marketing
- Knowledge of end‑to‑end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, reviewing, deployment)
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to meet recruitment targets and deadlines
- Computer literate and proficient in MS Office
