Digital Lead BIM Specialist

The ideal candidate will serve as a fully capable professional in an Engineering team The Digital Lead creates the digital strategy for optimizing creating developing and finalizing production work on projects with regular interaction with a Senior Engineer or designated senior team member.

• Act as a BIM Lead Verifier to lead plan and develop the digital strategy to optimize project BIM Model and deliverables production.
• Authors and ensures compliance with BIM plan and BIM standards project specifications and established practices.
• Contributes to AECOM global and regional digital and innovation initiatives.
• Leads BIM Model and Drawing coordination within MEP and across Disciplines.
• Guiding and management of junior staff.
• Identifies incremental improvements to existing procedures or processes that increase efficiency or work quality.
• Performs a selfcheck of work products prior to submitting to others.
