About you

• Extensive experience in digital engineering within infrastructure or water, with strong expertise in Civil 3D and/or Plant 3D.
• Proven ability to lead and embed digital delivery standards, workflows and quality practices across teams.
• A hands‑on approach that allows direct contribution to project delivery while coaching others.
