- Make recommendations for additional tags or keywords that should be applied to assets to improve the user experience or the findability of assets.
- Receive, track and respond to inquiries and requests for digital assets.
- Follow workflows related to the management of digital assets and collections.
- Define and maintain data structure, metadata and search terminology.Work with Marketing teams and IT (MTS) teams to leverage DAM system functions with our internal systems.
- Support audits to digital assets as needed.
- Review reports to identify low usage assets through audits, purge data of expired assets.
