Responsibilities

SG seeks a Digital Assets Legal Advisor who will provide expert guidance on regulations pertaining to tokenization, stablecoins, and broader digital asset services. This role requires rapidly developing familiarity with emerging frameworks such as the GENIUS Act, CLARITY Act, recent SEC/CFTC rule changes, and other federal or state reforms. The advisor will be responsible for offering legal counsel on stablecoin issuance, supporting banking and investment services related to digital assets, and supplying regulatory advice to transactional, risk, and operations teams regarding blockchain securities and licensing.
