Digital Analyst - HR & Regulatory, Agile & Data-Driven

Hamilton City Council is seeking an experienced Digital Analyst to support innovative projects within the HR and Regulatory sectors. The role focuses on facilitating workshops, analyzing business processes, and ensuring effective stakeholder communication.

The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a background in configuring SaaS solutions. Excellent communication skills and familiarity with HR processes are highly desirable. Employees are expected to be in the office at least 3 days a week in a hybrid work environment.
