Evaluate food service operation and nutrition components. Conduct reviews, evaluating food service activities and providing nutrition guidance. Provide training and technical assistance on record keeping, meal planning and regulations ensuring program compliance. Interpret records consistent with Program, State and/or Federal regulations. Analyze results of on-site reviews and prepare written reports on a wide range of nutrition related tasks to support contracted operations.
