Roles & Responsibilities
  • Evaluate food service operation and nutrition components.
  • Conduct reviews, evaluating food service activities and providing nutrition guidance.
  • Provide training and technical assistance on record keeping, meal planning and regulations ensuring program compliance.
  • Interpret records consistent with Program, State and/or Federal regulations.
  • Analyze results of on-site reviews and prepare written reports on a wide range of nutrition related tasks to support contracted operations.
  • Work in a fast paced, office setting, with strong computer skills and Microsoft Office Programs experience.
