Diet & Catering Administration Specialist

Institute of Mental Health in Singapore is seeking an Associate Executive to provide administrative support to the Dietetic and Catering Department, ensuring smooth operations, accurate records, and efficient coordination of patient diet orders.

You will work with the kitchen, ward staff, and auditing processes, manage labels and charts, support events, and help uphold food safety, quality checks, and data entry while maintaining courteous service during weekends and public holidays.
