VACANCY: DIESEL MECHANIC – HEAVY DUTY TRUCKS
Location: Rustenburg
Salary: R25 000 basic + overtime
A well-established company based in Rustenburg is seeking an experienced Diesel Mechanic to join their team. POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:
- Formal Diesel Mechanic qualification essential
- Valid driver’s licence essential
- Proven experience working on heavy duty trucks
- Experience on manual trucks essential — not automatic only
- Basic auto electrical experience required
- Must be able to diagnose faults and carry out repairs independently
- Willing to work irregular hours , including attending to breakdowns when required
- Must be reliable, hands-on and self-motivated
- Must have a strong work ethic and a “go-getter” attitude
