Job Summary:

Deliver expert diabetes education and care in remote NT communities. Travel weekly, build capacity, improve health outcomes.
About the role Based in Alice Springs, you’ll travel to remote communities Monday to Friday, returning each week. You’ll work closely with primary health teams to support diabetes and vascular disease management. This role requires a high level of clinical and educational expertise.

Skills and experience:

• Postgraduate qualification in Diabetes Education
• Eligible for credentialing with ADEA
