Required Skills & Qualifications

• Device42 administration or similar CMDB/DCIM tools
• Strong understanding of:
• IT infrastructure (Servers, Storage, Networking)
• Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V)
• Experience with:
• Auto-discovery tools and protocols (SNMP, WMI, SSH, APIs)
• IPAM and DNS/DHCP concepts
• REST APIs and integrations
• Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Asset Management)
• Understanding of ITSM Tools - Jira & Service Now.
• Basic scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, or Bash)
