About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Development Manager role in a rapidly expanding real estate and investment firm that specialises in HMOs, planning benefits, conversions, refurbishment projects, and direct-to-vendor operations.
To support the company's rapid expansion, an experienced development manager is needed to oversee construction activities.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
- Prior property development management experience
- Experience in relevant technical fields such as architecture, structural engineering, quantity surveying, and interior design
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills
- Residence within about an hour's drive from Wimbledon, London (most projects are in this area)
- Valid driving licence and reliable vehicle access
- Reliable, diligent, and capable of managing multiple projects
