Development Leader: Major Gifts & Campaign Strategy

The Nature Conservancy is looking for an experienced fundraiser in Switzerland to develop and manage strategies for donor cultivation. You will build long-term relationships and make targeted asks to meet the conservation funding needs.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree, 7 years of related experience, and a proven track record of closing significant gifts. Multilingual abilities are a plus. The role includes the management of trustee relationships and database tracking.
