We are looking for a hands‑on and well‑rounded Project Development Manager to lead projects from the early planning stage through implementation and delivery.

This role is suitable for candidates from either:

• Civil Engineering background

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, design coordination, authority submissions, and overall development strategy
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, authorities, and internal stakeholders
• Manage project implementation timeline, cost, quality, and progress
• Monitor project delivery from pre-development to completion
• Ensure compliance with technical, regulatory, and commercial requirements
• Support feasibility studies, tender processes, and project execution planning
