ABOUT THE TEAM


OneSite is the main product, and we are handling the core functionality which is Conventional with various integration to other systems across the organization. We also support other centers such as Rent Stabilization, Student Living and Military Housing.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • (MAIN) Problem Management Escalations (L2 and L3 tasks)
  • L2 - Conference calls with support and client (Go-To meetings). If Dev Analysts (L1) needs developer support 
  • L3 - Analysis and resolution.
  • Data or code fix
  • Sync-up meetings with other centers (Product Engineering teams)
  • Perform code fixes
  • Emergency
  • Out-of-cycle release
  • Normal Release items
  • Develop Enhancements – In-line with quarter planning
