About the Role

Responsibilities
  • Oversee landing destination services in all countries in the APAC region, improve employee satisfaction scores, and standardize operational processes.
  • Assign cases in the APAC region to vendors, ensure a high level of service delivery and employee experience through effective cooperation with global vendors and local partners, and set up operational processes and mechanisms.
  • Act as a key point of contact, deal directly with employees and stakeholders on escalations or complex matters in a timely and proactive manner, including coordinating service delivery and follow‑up resolution between local service providers and employees.
  • Work closely with the Policy team, HROP team, and business teams to understand business needs and ensure preparedness.
