Providing on-site Tier 1 and Tier 2 desktop support, including incident resolution and user assistance.
2. Configuring, software loading, installation, imaging, deployment and troubleshooting of supported support devices
3. Assembly and installation of workstation equipment and peripherals including monitors, docking stations, keyboards, mice and local device components.
4. Installation and termination of Copper and Fiber Optic Cables between workstations, wall/fibre plates, patch panels and assigned switch ports
5. Troubleshooting of end-user connectivity issues related to device drivers, patching and physical connectivity
6. Inventory and database management by maintaining accurate records of all inventories related to the contract, including equipment, cables, and components and updating corporate databases for configuration management and other relevant data.
