- Matric (Grade 12)
- Relevant IT qualification (Microsoft/Information Technology)
- Valid Driver's Licence
- Minimum 1 years' IT support experience advantageous
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, desktop support, troubleshooting, networking, and IT security

- Provide desktop and user support across the business
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software
