Desktop Support Administrator

We are looking for a Desktop Support Administrator responsible for building/deploying Tablets, desktop and laptops images using Microsoft Deployment toolkit, Intune and Azure Active Directory. Tablet deployment experience is a must. The client uses Samsung Tablets. They recently migrated from Samsung A9 to Active 5. Must have intune and Azure Active Directory



MUST live in NYC or surrounding boroughs.

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and enterprise applications; resolve incidents in a timely manner using ServiceNow ticketing systems.


• Administer and support a hybrid environment integrating on-prem Active Directory with Microsoft Azure Active Directory and Microsoft 365


• Manage device lifecycle using Microsoft Intune, including provisioning, configuration, policy deployment, and troubleshooting
