About the Role
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues on desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Perform user account management in Active Directory (password resets, account creation, disabling accounts).
- Assist with network connectivity issues (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN).
- Ensure antivirus and security updates are installed and up to date.
- Document incidents, resolutions, and escalate unresolved issues to Level 2/3 support when required.
- Maintain logs of IT assets, support requests, and recurring issues.
- Assist with setting up new equipment, including desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure timely response to all IT requests.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk (internships also considered).
