Design Review Team Lead (Saltillo)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct supportive and efficient Design Reviews which includes:
  • performing evaluations of designs at various stages of development before required meetings and compose action items accordingly
  • attending all required meetings
  • provide design solutions as necessary
  • review tolerance analysis
  • review prints and approve Engineering Change Orders
  • escalate major design concerns
  • Support and assist Product Engineers through the various gates of the Design Review Process
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of the Design Review Porcess and associated tracking tools
  • EvalauateEngineerign Chane Orders ECOs for Design Review Team approvals.
  • Support/assist Team Members/Product Engineers when necessary.
