About the Role

            Job Responsibilities  Develop and execute qualification test plans to validate new product designs against defined customer use cases and performance requirements. 
Support the design and implementation of Accelerated Life Testing (ALT) and stress testing methodologies to evaluate the reliability of critical components. 
Perform statistical analysis of test and reliability data (e.g., DOE, Cpk, regression analysis) and prepare clear, structured technical reports. 
Evaluate component and system-level quality, collaborating closely with suppliers to drive continuous quality improvements. 
Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshooting using structured methodologies (e.g., 5-Why, 8D) in collaboration with cross-functional Engineering teams. 
Ensure defects identified during qualification testing are properly documented, tracked, and resolved in a timely manner.
