About the Role

Great opportunity to join CMDP+ on Southern Water's AMP8 framework, delivering major upgrades across water & wastewater infrastructure (treatment works, pumping stations, reservoirs).


This is a project-focused Design Manager role, responsible for leading multidisciplinary design teams and delivering engineering solutions from concept and optioneering through to detailed design and construction support.


Key responsibilities:

  • Leading and managing MEICA design teams across projects/framework schemes

  • Ensuring designs are delivered on time, within budget, and technically compliant

  • Driving safe, sustainable, and buildable solutions

  • Managing design budgets, changes, and performance
