Design Manager

A leading structural steel specialist is currently looking for a permanent Design Manager to oversee a draughting team and manage the quality and delivery of structural, secondary, and temporary steel designs in Buckinghamshire.

Start Date: Immediate
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday - Thursday), 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Friday)

Duties:

• Managing and overseeing a team of 3 Draughtsmen
• Checking and quality-controlling design output produced by the team
• Carrying out design work personally where required
• Liaising with structural engineers throughout the design process
• Conducting site surveys

Requirements: Proficiency in Tekla (Essential)
