We're now supporting a fast growing power systems and engineering consultancy as they begin their mission to expand across Europe. This role is brand new to the company, with a main focus on bringing together engineers across the group.

The company has been on a high growth mission for the last 4 years, now reaching a headcount of over 70. They have recently received funding from a new investor, meaning they have a new period of growth concentrated across European markets. The new capital means that people ready for a challenge will be rewarded with opportunities to grow their careers to new heights.

This position sits at the heart of the engineering team, with the main focus of the position being to lead the existing team of 8 engineers as this steadily grows to over 15 next year.
