Duties: Manage workload/activities of personnel supporting the plants assigned to the business unit. Develop procedures, workflows, training, and onboarding to maintain a productive team environment. Participate in, lead or support projects related to R&D and business activities. Create/maintain product designs and costs. Generate product data sheets/drawings. Review customer/industry specifications to determine capability of the Prysmian group facilities to meet the requirements.
