About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain product designs, engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.

  • Support new product development (NPD/NPDI) activities from concept through production release.

  • Collaborate with Manufacturing and Operations teams to improve product manufacturability, quality, and cost efficiency.

  • Perform engineering analysis, testing, and validation to ensure compliance with performance and reliability requirements.

  • Lead or support Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and product improvement initiatives.

  • Participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions for design, manufacturing, or field-related issues.

  • Work closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to evaluate components, materials, and technical solutions.
