Design Assistant to CEO

Monthly Salary: Up to $3000 + Project Based Commissions

Job Descriptions:

• Work closely with CEO of the company to provide design and bills support to ensure smooth running of CEO’s sales.
• Meet clients with CEO and make sure everything is noted down.
• Provide layout drawings and bills of materials.
• Work closely with drafter, outsource party and project manager to complete a project.
• Prepare and maintain projects documents and records such as Work Orders, Design and Development Discussion form and other related project documents.
• Monitor and co-ordinate project status with production and ensure good quality yield product.
• Proactive and contactable after office hours for urgent matters.
