Deputy/Manager/Senior - Strategy & Operations (COO’s Office)

Role Summary

The candidate will act as a critical support partner to the COO, driving execution of institutional priorities, tracking operational performance, and enabling effective cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Executive & Operational Coordination

• Partner closely with the COO to manage day-to-day priorities and execution focus
• Own and optimize the COO’s calendar based on strategic and operational priorities
• Prepare for leadership meetings, reviews, and cross-functional discussions
• Shadow leadership interactions and ensure clear tracking of decisions and actions
