• Expand the base of insurance players and pipeline of solutions to serve growing risks in the region, such as climate and cyber.
• Promote the development of the alternative risk transfer market, including insurance linked securities and government risk pools.
• Support talent development in the insurance industry.
• Deepen analytics and innovation capabilities in Singapore to address large and complex risks.

• Monitor trends in global insurance and reinsurance markets, assess their implications for Singapore's competitive positioning, and translate this into actionable developmental strategies.
