This position is to co-lead strategic growth, project excellence, and thought leadership for the Energy, Environment and Climate Change Strategic Business Unit. The incumbent will be responsible for driving revenue generation through business development, high-quality proposal design, and effective client engagement. The role requires strong expertise in research, monitoring, evaluation, and learning with a deep thematic understanding of sustainability, climate change, energy and environment management ecosystem.

The individual should have experience in managing multidisciplinary teams in suite of research, evaluation and thematic studies commissioned by range of stakeholders such as philanthropies, multi/bilateral funding agencies and the state. The individual shou...
