The Deputy support manager is responsible for assisting the support manager in all aspects of the day‑to‑day management of the service. Acting as a mentor and role model to staff, to provide direct care and support to people, promoting the highest standards of care and support, and upholding the Code of Conduct for social care workers.

Main duties of the job

An opportunity has arisen for a deputy support manager within the specialised supported living service. As a Deputy support manager, you will take the lead in the day‑to‑day management of the running of the service and supervising staff. You should have previous experience of working in a supported living service as a senior support worker and hold a Level 3/4 diploma in Health and Social Care. Experience of postural manage...
