What you’ll do

• Support the Store Manager in leading, coaching, and inspiring the team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Drive sales and performance through strong commercial awareness and KPI focus.
• Take ownership of daily floor leadership and operational excellence.
• Oversee stock, merchandising, compliance, and store standards.
• Support team development, engagement, and wellbeing through coaching and 1‑to‑1s.
• Use performance data to help improve results and decision‑making.
• Step up to lead the store in the Store Manager’s absence.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a supervisory or deputy management role.
• Mandatory experience in retail or hospitality.
