ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee truck service, maintenance, and repair operations across company-owned and dealer workshops.
• Ensure service productivity, turnaround time, uptime, and service quality standards are achieved.
• Establish and enforce SOPs, service standards, and operational best practices.
• Manage dealer network performance, compliance, audits, and capability assessments.
• Support dealer development through training, operational guidance, and process improvements.
