Role Purpose: Provide strategic and operational leadership across Agency Sales, Marketing, Export Sales and Procurement, connecting functions to improve revenue growth, market expansion, brand development and overall division performance.

Advise on and execute domestic and international market, brand and distribution strategies. 
Set division objectives, KPIs and cross-functional operating processes.
