Deputy Manager Tax & Fixed Assets & Receivables

Key Responsibilities:

A. Taxation Management

• Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations, including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Withholding Tax. Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns within statutory deadlines. Manage withholding tax deductions, reconciliations, and reporting. Liaise with tax consultants, auditors, and tax authorities for assessments, notices, and audits. Maintain proper tax records and documentation for audit and regulatory purposes. Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on company operations. Support tax planning initiatives to optimize compliance and operational efficiency.

B. Fixed Assets Management
