About the Role

Your main responsibilities

  • Drive the modernization (replacement) sales business strategy, process and results in line with KG Modernization sales strategy.

  • Supervise and support the modernizations sales team activities in order to achieve the targets.

  • Actively manage, develop and coach the team (account orientation, quality, productivity, efficiency, contact persons identification etc.)

  • Based on the reports, analyze the sales process to review profitability status against target and take appropriate further steps.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and manage customer claims

  • Implement the Schindler Receivables Management policy with the sales team.
  • What you bring


    Desired experience as Modernizations Sales Representative for at least five years.


    Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering preferred), MBA (preferred)
